A beautiful box handmade in Western Australia by Chris Busby. The box body has Jarrah used for the front and back together with Victorian Ash sides. The lid features a panel of curly Tasmanian Oak bordered by Queensland Walnut.
The inner lid is a veneered panel of American Cherry. The box also features decorative corner keys in the same Walnut timber bordering the main lid panel. The specialist box hinges hold the lid open at just over 90 degrees.
The inner base and tray is lined with a teal coloured upholstery fabric. The tray is divided into two long sections. The lower section is divided into four sections.
Its dimensions are 300 mm x 185 mm x 105 mm high. The box pictured is the one being purchased.
