Handmade in Western Australia by Chris Busby this all-purpose box features very nice Jarrah timber and a lid panel of beautiful Walnut veneer.
The inner lid and base are lined with an upholstery grade fabric and the specialist box hinges hold the lid open at a little over 90 degrees without the need for intrusive stays.
Its measurements are 250mm x 155mm and is 95 mm high.
The Walnut is a lovely contrast to the Jarrah with its rich brown colour and attractive figure.

American Walnut typically has dark chocolate to purplish-brown hues, and features a pronounced grain pattern with occasional waves and curls. Prized for fine woodwork, furniture making, and veneer production due to its beauty and strength.
With its beautiful rich colours, interesting grain and occasional gum veins, Jarrah remains one of the world’s most desirable and sought after hardwoods. The tree grows to a majestic 40 metres in height only in the south west corner of Western Australia.
