A unique box handmade in Western Australia. The box is complemented by a beautifully figured darker panel of Jarrah in the top. The lid is hinged such that it stops at just over 90 degrees.
The box inner base and tray is lined with lovely hard-wearing faux suede in 'stone' colour. The tray is divided into three sections. The lower section is also divided and one of the sections is fitted with rolls to accommodate rings or cuff-links.
Its dimensions are 280 mm x 190 mm x 100 mm high
With its beautiful rich colours interesting grain and occasional gum veins, Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata) remains one of the world’s most desirable and sought after hardwoods. The tree grows to a majestic 40 metres in height only in the south west corner of Western Australia.
